Welcome to the Pickleball Bootcamp course

I'm happy to announce I've just published my first sports online course in the Pickleball Bootcamp Course. It is free for the first week as well!

Pickleball has become one of the fastest growing sports globally especially in north america. I feel that I'm transitioning from the digital nomad chapter to the destination pickleball chapter. It's a sport I can see myself playing into the future and using my skills and experience to contribute to this global community.

The course is a beginner friendly course that I designed to help get people familiar with the rules, scoring, fundamentals, advance shots and to eventually get involved in the community.

Destination Pickleball & My Unfair Advantage

Below you'll get a breakdown of the standard coverage of the course. My unfair advantage with this course is that I had my prior competitive tennis background, I can create video & teach, and in the past 2 years I've rapidly ramped up my pickleball experience. I also paired this with my travel experience in Asia. I brought my paddle to Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, & Danang Vietnam in search of pickleball adventure.

I started filming the course in Vancouver, but it was easier to get court time in Bangkok & KL. I completed the bulk of my filming in Asia and got my global DUPR rating there as well. I am now organizing competitive pickleball sessions in Vancouver with the rating I acquired in Malaysia. It's great that your rating is portable across countries and that you can meet other players around the world and tap into the community.

My Pickleball course will reflect that global travel feel because of this. I'm thankful that the prior digital nomad videography experience has allowed me to produce this course fairly rapidly.
